Welcome to Worthwhile. By accessing or using our website (worthwhilecoffee.com) and placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Worthwhile is operated by Rustique Corners Coffee & Roastery, based in General Trias, Cavite, Philippines. (SEC Registration No. Pending — insert once issued)

2. Eligibility

By using our site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge at time of publishing, but may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at our discretion.
  • Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (available once our courier account setup is complete) and online payments via PayMongo (GCash, Maya, and Cards — available once our PayMongo account is verified). Until both are active, only available methods will appear at checkout; this is expected, not a technical error.
  • Full payment (or COD confirmation) is required before an order is fulfilled.

5. Shipping

Shipping is handled according to our separate Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed; Worthwhile is not liable for delays caused by our courier partners or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are handled according to our separate Return and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Worthwhile name, logo, product photography, and written content — is the property of Rustique Corners Coffee & Roastery and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worthwhile is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, beyond the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Cavite, Philippines.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
